Vivian Dregely, MA, LMFTA, is a licensed marriage and family therapist associate who works with adult individuals and couples. Her area of focus includes anxiety, life transitions, depression, and trauma. Vivian does not ascribe to one single treatment approach and instead utilizes a mixture of psychodynamic, systemic, and emotionally-focused therapy to uncover the root causes of unhappiness and malfunction in order to heal old wounds, create new meaning, and feel better.
Vivian has a Master’s degree in Counseling with a focus in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Northridge. Vivian has garnered over four years of experience with individuals, couples, and families in various trauma-informed settings including in and outpatient rehabilitation, the non-profit sector, and private practice.
