Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate
Molly McGrew, MA, LMFTA, is a licensed marriage and family therapist associate who works with individuals and families. Molly received her Master’s Degree in Couple and Family Therapy from Antioch University Seattle and her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Oregon. Molly has spent majority of her mental health career working in an emergency department and inpatient hospital setting. During this time, she worked with patients and families to facilitate age appropriate de-escalation techniques and crisis intervention services.
Molly’s interests include fostering meaningful relationships between family members as well as teaching supportive measures to parents. She works from a strength-based, solution-focused approach in session and utilizes externalization techniques. She believes the relationship between the therapist and client is paramount for productive treatment and considers therapy as a joint venture between herself and clients.
