Andrew Rogers, MA, LMHC, is a licensed mental health counselor who works with adolescent and adult individuals. His area of focus includes anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, ADHD, and men’s issues. Andrew’s treatment approach includes evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, self-compassion and Lifespan Integration.
Andrew has a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University Seattle and a masters in Journalism from the University of North Texas. He has further training in Lifespan Integration, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive-Based Mindfulness Therapy, Working with Men, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Andrew has more than 8 years of experience working with adolescents and college-age students in professional and personal development at various universities. He has taught skills training in communication, conflict management, mindfulness, time/attention management, and goal setting.
